Flavours of Mangalore, cooked the way it's done at home.

Curry Mantra brings the cooking of South India's coast to George Street. Many of our ingredients come from Mangalore, where these dishes were first made, and every curry is cooked the traditional, home-style way.

We don't use pre-mixed sauces, artificial flavourings, additives or colours — just whole spices, fresh coconut and time. From a crisp masala dosa to a slow-cooked Mangalorean chicken, it all comes out of our own kitchen.
